Unfortunately too many of our clients were introduced to us because they had a complete hardware failure and lost all of their data.

Backing up any device (computer, tablet or mobile phone) is critical even if the device is within one year of purchase. We have seen more and more hard drive failures in the past 5 years than all of our years in business.

We are constantly assessing new back up methods and services and recommending those to our client base. 

From cloud based backups to "do it yourself" backups, we will work with you to recommend the best solution for you. Not any one backup will meet everyone's needs so it's important that we understand your level of computer competence, your desire to be in control of your data, and your ability to be diligent on performing routine backups and checking that they are done properly.

When a hardware failure occurs, though, we are there to recovery any data that can be retrieved from the device and work with other companies that specialize in data recovery if our tools cannot read a drive. A full diagnosis is done and a quote of how much it will cost to retrieve the data is always provided before we proceed.
